I have known Sue Klawans for many years through our work together in industry and at AGC of America where we have served together in multiple capacities.  Sue worked for Gilbane Building Company in Rhode Island, Boston, and throughout the US in project management, Lean, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, among other things. 

As an industry peer, I have grown to appreciate Sue’s desire to learn, ability to grow and sustainably deliver results for the client, contractor, and designer.  Whether it is facilitating a pull planning session, driving a design charrette and budget review, or working on strategic initiatives, Sue demonstrates systems thinking. 

She is an industry leader and practitioner of critical skills such as strategic planning and execution, developing people, and project-specific coordination, design development, budget management.  She is a facilitator, trainer, and coach.  We share a similar passion for helping support our industry partners in improving processes, personnel, and results. 

Since forming TCM Services, LLC, I have had the opportunity to work directly with Sue in design development and collaboration, planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and client relations. TCM and SK Lean are currently working on multiple projects together and hope to continue doing so in the future. 

Sue is currently active in industry-wide associations in preconstruction, design, and construction.  She is a trusted contributor and collaborator of TCM Services LLC, and we are excited to feature Sue and SK Lean as our Construction Solutions Partner.
